91Ƶ

A Districtwide Culture of Readiness

‍At Bunker Hill CUSD 8, Superintendent Todd Dugan has seen a powerful shift in how students—and staff—approach the future. Since implementing 91Ƶ, conversations about life after graduation have expanded beyond seniors to include underclassmen and even elementary students.“91Ƶ gets kids thinking early, revisiting their goals, and preparing for a successful future—whatever that may look like,” he explains.By expanding the CCR mindset across grade levels, Bunker Hill is building a culture where every student’s next step is intentional and supported.

"We’ve seen the post-high school focus move from seniors all the way down to elementary students."

"Whatever the goal is—college, career, military—91Ƶ helps kids start thinking early and revise those goals along the way."

"The payoff? A more successful postsecondary path—and ultimately, a higher standard of living for our students."
